By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on a device you own or control, subject to these Terms. You are licensed to use the App; you do not buy ownership of it. We retain all rights in the App not expressly granted to you.

The App stores the activities and notes you create locally on your device. We do not operate an account system, cloud backup service, or external storage service for your activity data. Because your data is stored only on your device and we keep no copy, we cannot recover it for you.
You are responsible for maintaining your own device, backups, and access to your data. Data entered into the App may be lost, deleted, corrupted, or become unrecoverable if you delete entries, uninstall the App, clear the App’s storage or cache, lose or replace your device, experience device failure, or encounter an app, operating-system, storage, or software error.
We do not guarantee that locally stored data will always remain available, accurate, complete, or recoverable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss, deletion, corruption, unauthorised access, data breach, or inability to recover data stored locally on your device.
The App and any purchases made within it are sold and processed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play’s terms, policies, refund rules, and the consumer laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.
The App is a personal activity- and time-tracking tool provided for general informational purposes only. It does not provide professional advice of any kind. Nothing in the App is medical, psychological, health, fitness, financial, or legal advice, and the App should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
Any statistics, summaries, categories, timelines, or other outputs produced by the App are generated from the information you enter and are intended only as a personal aid. We do not warrant that they are accurate, complete, or reliable.
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time. The App may contain bugs, errors, interruptions, compatibility issues, or other technical problems.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or available at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We exclude all warranties, representations, guarantees, and conditions that may be excluded by law. You use the App at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss or damage, or for any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, or loss arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the App or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the App, if any, or where permitted, the resupply of the App.
The App, including its design, code, text, graphics, branding, and logos, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms transfer no ownership to you. The data you create in the App remains your responsibility.
Your licence ends automatically if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including the disclaimer, local-data, intellectual-property, and limitation-of-liability provisions, will survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when we update the “Last updated” date above or otherwise notify you as required. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
